Gawker linking to BuzzMachine – I know all sorts of people like this who are, as Jeff Jarvis describes them, “unwired folks.”  Is it just a question of a how-to, sit-down demonstration?  An older lady I know never remembers how to open attachments in her AOL email account — her son has to show her how to do it every time he comes over.  She’s not stupid; she’s just intimidated by her computer.
