Los Angeles resident, Ohio native, graduate of two monster football schools: USC, where I got a master’s in communication management (specifically, the APOC program for online communities), and Ohio State, where I received three degrees. I crochet, knit, and embroider, and am interested in their history and impact on society. I write and do research at the Center for Effective Organizations at USC, mostly on organizational sustainability issues and healthcare sustainability. I am a casual, enthusiastic MMO player and am currently playing LOTRO and SWTOR.
